On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)
Dierksen Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during critical moments. This role covers Crittenden, Mississippi and Poinsett County.

Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm - 8 am
Responsibilities
- Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing critical support.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the patient's home and within agency and regulatory standards.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare preferred.
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as an RN in a medical-surgical/acute care setting.
- Hospice experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with EMR systems.
- Current CPR certification if required by state.
Pay
$70,000 - $75,000 per year (average pay range). Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and role responsibilities. The final rate will be discussed and confirmed during the interview process.
