Job Status

- Full Time

Schedule

• 7 on / 7 off, Monday-Sunday
• Monday - Friday: 4PM - 8AM
• Weekend: Saturday at 8AM to Monday at 8AM

Location

• Hit the road without the extra costs—this role includes travel and a company car is provided.

RN License and Driver’s License

• Required: RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Required: Current, valid driver’s license

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in home hospice or home health preferred
