Role: On-Call Registered Nurse providing compassionate hospice care in patients' homes and facilities. Responsibilities Triages after-hours calls and makes urgent visits.Assesses symptoms and implements care plans prioritizing comfort and dignity.Manages pain and symptoms, administers medications, and educates patients and families.Maintains timely documentation of care provided.Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team and communicates patient status changes to providers.Supports emotional and spiritual needs, respecting patient goals and cultural values.Ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure.Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
