Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dedicated On‑Call Spa Therapist to join its world‑class spa. The therapist will create memorable spa experiences, deliver luxury‑level hospitality, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Location

Rancho Encantado is a 65‑room resort set on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, just 10 minutes from downtown Santa Fe. Guests enjoy private patios, scenic hikes, a pool, a healing spa, and regional cuisine at Terra.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, memorable spa experience by building genuine connections with guests.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, confidence, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in all treatments and services.
• Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and assist Spa Reception and Attendants as needed.

Requirements

• Currently licensed in New Mexico.
• At least 1 year of massage therapy experience, preferably in a high‑end or luxury spa environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/pull up to 30 lb.
• Genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and confidence in decision‑making.
• Collaborative team player who supports and encourages colleagues.

Pay

Competitive pay: $10.12 hourly plus treatment commissions and gratuities.

Schedule
