On-Call EMS Clinical Coordinator (Applicant Pool)
Job Summary
The EMT Clinical Coordinator will provide professional work in coordinating and implementing instructional support for all affiliated clinical sites utilized by programs. As the Clinical Coordinator, he or she will be responsible for the scheduling and advising of EMT/Paramedic students during the clinical and field internship component of their course. The Clinical Coordinator will also acquire and maintain affiliation agreements with local EMS Providers. The Clinical Coordinator will report directly to the Program Coordinator and department administrator (Associate Dean).
Job Duties
- Codifies the scheduling for the Preceptors and students.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (AS, AA, AAS) issued by an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA, BAS).
Physical Requirements
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
