On-Call Dental Assistant
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We have location, position type, schedule: On-Call. Expected hiring range: $33.18 to $43.41 per hour. Position Summary paragraph. Essential Position Functions list (duties). Education And Experience Required. Licenses, Certifications and Registrations. Compensation paragraph. Company Benefits list. Paid Time Off (PTO) paragraph. Physical Requirements paragraph. Also mention Travel, attendance. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove Willamette Dental is an equal opportunity employer etc. Also remove "This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive list..." and HIPAA mention? That might be considered boilerplate? It's about PHI handling; might be considered relevant? It's a legal statement; likely remove as boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove EEO statement, also the HIPAA line maybe considered legal; remove. We need to preserve all substantive information. So keep location? The location is given: "Location: Hillsboro Practice". Should we include? It's not a heading; we can put in a short
maybe. The instruction: Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So location and position type and schedule can be in a short
. Also schedule is On-Call; we might have a Schedule section if there is real specific content. The posting says Schedule: On-Call. That's specific. So we could have a Schedule section with that info. However the rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But schedule is a single line; maybe we can include in a short
with other metadata. However they said include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Schedule: On-Call is specific. So we could have a Schedule section with that line. But we also have Pay section: Expected hiring range $33.18 to $43.41 per hour. That's specific. So we should have Pay section. Benefits: we have list. So Benefits section. Responsibilities: we have Essential Position Functions list. Requirements: Education And Experience Required. Qualifications: Licenses, Certifications and Registrations. Skills: maybe we can extract from responsibilities: communication skills, etc. But we could combine. Better to follow typical sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe not needed if covered. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
Location: Hillsboro Practice. Position Type: On-Call. Schedule: On-Call.

We need to ensure no boilerplate: removed EEO, legal, HIPAA, etc. Also removed duplicated lines. Ensure we didn't include any "Willamette Dental is an equal opportunity employer" etc. Also removed "This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive list..." and HIPAA line. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The paragraph about "Willamette Dental cannot efficiently provide services..." is part of responsibilities (attendance). That's substantive. Keep. Check for any mention of "Willamette Dental’s Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policy." That's substantive. Check for "Travel Policy" mention - we kept. Check for "Company Benefits" we turned into Benefits section. Check for "Paid Time Off (PTO):" we included inside Benefits as a list item; could also be separate but okay. Check for "Physical Requirements" - we omitted; maybe we should include as a section? It's substantive. The rule: include a section only when posting has real specific content. Physical Requirements is specific. Should we add a section? The allowed headings include Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements is not in the list but we could still use for any section heading? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). So we can use other headings as long as they are . But to be safe, we could incorporate Physical Requirements into Responsibilities or a separate section. Since we have a Responsibilities section already long, we could add a separate Physical Requirements

Physical Requirements
with a. That seems okay. Let's add Physical Requirements section. Also we might add a Skills section? Could extract communication skills, etc. But we already have communication skills in responsibilities. Could add Skills but risk thin. Better not. Thus final HTML:
