On-Call Component Unit Coordinator

Job Duties
- Maintains organized digital and physical records for component units.
- Tracks project activity and gathers status updates.
- Captures meeting logistics, prepares materials, and documents follow-up actions.
- Facilitates communication between the President’s Office, business partners, and the CFO regarding financial information.
- Supports basic financial monitoring related to project costs and revenue.
- Creates and updates SOPs to strengthen process consistency.
- Documents and maintains key information related to the College’s component units.
- Affords assistance with internal and external partner communication as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Works well with people at all levels inside and outside the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
