Responsibilities
- Aid in event setup, including table settings, buffet preparation, and service stations.
- Provide attentive food and beverage service during catered events.
- Clear dishes, refresh service areas, and maintain event cleanliness.
- Break down event spaces following established procedures.
- Collaborate with event leads, kitchen staff, and other servers.
- Follow event timelines and directions to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain professionalism with guests and event organizers.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior banquet or catering experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying event needs and work on short notice.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Physical Demands
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must physically be able to lift 10-20 lbs. numerous times during the day.
- Requires frequent walking and long periods of time standing.

Pay
Base wage: $17.35 per hour.
Schedule
Typically active April through October. No guaranteed minimum for hours scheduled. Schedule is based on business demands.
