Roles and Responsibilities
- Covering callouts and urgent shifts
- Starting new client cases
- Aiding in caregiver training and introductions
- Supporting client assessments and changes in care
Requirements
- Must be flexible enough to work any shift at any time
- Experience with caring for Elderly and disabled people
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance
- Must have a clean background record and be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to perform all aspects of the job without limitations
