What You Will Be Doing
- Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audio visual needs
- Assist the setup staff in table setup, buffet setup, bar setup, and related tasks
- Check quality and presentation of food before serving
- Prepare and serve beverages for the function
- Provide prompt and professional service to all guests
- Communicate with Kitchen to keep updates on any changes
