About the role

You will focus on providing direct medical and programmatic care to clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This position involves participating in the client’s healthcare education and providing direct oversight to personnel who provide medical care to clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The staff at the Adult Crisis Center work as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on crisis intervention skills to de-escalate, treat, and stabilize behavioral health needs of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical and programmatic care to clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
• Participate in the client’s healthcare education.
• Directly oversee personnel providing medical care to clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on crisis intervention skills.

Requirements

• Starting pay at $22/hour, with an additional $1/hour differential for overnight shifts.
• OR EMS/EMT license.
• Experience working with severely, chronically, or mentally ill populations.
• Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.

Qualifications

• Schedules: On-Call Coverage, Saturday and Sunday Morning Shift (7:30am - 3:30pm), Saturday and Sunday Swing Shift (3pm - 11pm), OR Overnight Shifts (10pm - 8am).

Benefits
