Job Duties

• To reduce scrap and keep machines operational while assisting with training and quality projects.
• Perform TPMS on equipment.
• Stock and order needed replacement parts.
• Train operators.
• Log maintenance issues.
• Track downtime.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience in basic mechanical maintenance, electronics, wiring schemes and electrical work and how they all work together.
• Great knowledge in electrical safety and LOTO experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to be able to read schematics and use a variety of different tools such as a Voltmeter, Hi pot and Calipers.
• Basic programming skills is preferred.
• Strong soldering skills are a must.
• Need to be able to work overtime.
• Preferred coil equipment experience and knowledge of the systems is preferred.
• PREFERRED: Knowledge of Takt Times.
• Additional training will be applied.
• Associates or bachelor’s in mechanical, Electrical or Electronics is a plus.
• OTHER ASSIGNMENTS AS DIRECTED BY THE LEAD TECH OR MANAGER.

Pay

Base Pay Range 2026 (for Colorado Residents): $24.97 - $32.01 (Based off experience)
