Compensation: $212,500 – $255,000 annually.
About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of audience-focused omnichannel strategies based on insights and engagement data.
- Collaborate with various teams to craft engagement strategies grounded in evidence and client needs.
- Design and develop connected customer journeys for multiple touchpoints including digital and peer-to-peer interactions.
- Oversee the implementation of omnichannel activations across diverse channels to enhance customer experience.
- Convert analytics and engagement metrics into strategic insights for client recommendations.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients by hosting workshops and presenting engagement strategies.
- Engage with analytics and technology teams to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical communications, commercial marketing, or healthcare consulting, with agency experience highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of omnichannel strategy, customer journey design, and CRM principles.
- Proven understanding of commercial pharmaceutical marketing and the interplay between different business functions.
- Track record in supporting pharmaceutical brands throughout various stages such as launch and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business strategies and recommendations for engagement.
- Experience in business development, including RFI/RFP responses and client pitch strategies.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills with an executive presence.
