About the role
Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an Omnichannel Marketing Analyst. This position can be based in Bedford, NH or Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive post-program analyses for major omnichannel campaigns across key retail accounts, partnering with Finance and Trade Planning to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Analyze coupon effectiveness across multiple offer types, platforms, products, and customer segments to identify performance trends and maximize marketing ROI.
- Aid with volume forecasting and financial reporting to provide clear visibility into business risks and opportunities versus budget and historical performance.
- Own bi-monthly, Excel-based budget reconciliation, comparing actual spend against allocations to ensure strict adherence to financial targets.
- Manage the end-to-end invoice processing workflow and maintain highly accurate financial tracking systems for internal stakeholder alignment.
- Manage the end-to-end coupon management process, including identifying field sales requirements, defining strategic offer types, and initiating barcode and creative development.
- Track coupon redemptions and conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure the overall financial and commercial impact.
- Partner with the retail execution team to coordinate the production and in-store implementation of printed coupons, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and other retail components.
- Translate complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable business recommendations to help shape future commercial strategy.
- Serve as the dedicated, go-to resource for all omnichannel budget and coupon-related activities within the Lactalis Yogurt business unit.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for Sales leadership, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and agency partners on all budget tracking and coupon execution matters.
- Leverage strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional priorities and adapt seamlessly to evolving business needs.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required (advanced degree preferred).
- 1+ years of analytically focused work experience in CPG Marketing or Sales; experience in Finance, Sales Planning, or Shopper Marketing is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in PowerPoint is essential.
- Proven experience managing budgets and evaluating program ROI.
- Experience with syndicated market data and panel tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Spectra, Numerator, HH Panel, SPINS) is a plus.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
This position requires physical presence in the office, in accordance with the guidelines of the Hybrid Work Policy (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH).
