Omni Customer Activation Associate Manager, Walmart

Responsibilities
Measure POS, digital penetration, and share growth on Walmart.com and in-store.
Optimize digital shelf health: content score, in-stock %, search visibility, ratings, share of shelf.
Manage Walmart Connect ROAS and incremental sales lift.
Execute flawless campaigns for Cold & Flu, Back to School, Holiday, Easter, and seasonal resets.
Own content quality across all Reckitt SKUs on Walmart.com.
Drive search share on priority keywords through organic optimization and Sponsored Search.
Ensure in-stock levels above 95% for top items.
Translate brand equity into Walmart-shopper-relevant activation: displays, secondary placements, modular resets, in-club sampling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Brand, CAP, RGM, Supply, and Finance.
Build and maintain post-event scorecards for review by all stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
3–6 years in eCommerce, omnichannel, customer/shopper marketing, or retail-facing brand roles in CPG, retail, or agency.
Hands-on experience in at least one major retailer's digital ecosystem (Walmart, Amazon, Target, Kroger, Instacart).
Fluency with retail media, including planning, brief, and optimizing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with tools like Scintilla, Retail Link, Madrid, or Excel.
Bias for action, comfortable shipping, measuring, and iterating.
Direct Walmart experience, preferably as a supplier, broker, or Walmart employee.
Experience with Walmart Connect campaign management.
Leveraged a new item into a major retailer a plus.
Familiarity with Stackline, NIQ, or Numerator.
