Omni Customer Activation Associate Manager, Walmart

Responsibilities

  • Measure POS, digital penetration, and share growth on Walmart.com and in-store.

  • Optimize digital shelf health: content score, in-stock %, search visibility, ratings, share of shelf.

  • Manage Walmart Connect ROAS and incremental sales lift.

  • Execute flawless campaigns for Cold & Flu, Back to School, Holiday, Easter, and seasonal resets.

  • Own content quality across all Reckitt SKUs on Walmart.com.

  • Drive search share on priority keywords through organic optimization and Sponsored Search.

  • Ensure in-stock levels above 95% for top items.

  • Translate brand equity into Walmart-shopper-relevant activation: displays, secondary placements, modular resets, in-club sampling.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Brand, CAP, RGM, Supply, and Finance.

  • Build and maintain post-event scorecards for review by all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 3–6 years in eCommerce, omnichannel, customer/shopper marketing, or retail-facing brand roles in CPG, retail, or agency.

  • Hands-on experience in at least one major retailer's digital ecosystem (Walmart, Amazon, Target, Kroger, Instacart).

  • Fluency with retail media, including planning, brief, and optimizing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with tools like Scintilla, Retail Link, Madrid, or Excel.

  • Bias for action, comfortable shipping, measuring, and iterating.

  • Direct Walmart experience, preferably as a supplier, broker, or Walmart employee.

  • Experience with Walmart Connect campaign management.

  • Leveraged a new item into a major retailer a plus.

  • Familiarity with Stackline, NIQ, or Numerator.
