Associate Marketing Manager - Walmart

Key Accountabilities

• Lead strategy and execution of General Mills retailer customer marketing programs and tactics with internal and external groups
• Develop customer marketing strategic plans, media reporting, with particular emphasis on direct retailer customer data (Scintilla, WMC)
• Develop and foster new partnerships with retail media insights & analytics teams
• Oversee creative briefs, timelines, sales lift performance, etc. in support of shopper campaigns
• Lead and participate in key customer meetings, WAMM ownership, and other omni-campaign executive summary needs
• Foster strong working relationships with sales, SGC, and marketing team members
• Maintain account level customer marketing budget, creative, and reporting
• Conduct data/event analyses for internal and external stakeholder learning

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing, or Business
• 3+ years in Shopper or Brand Marketing, Sales or eCommerce experience
• Experience selling customer marketing plans to large retail customers
• History of collaboration with cross-functional teams, agency partners
• Strong business acumen, linking analytics with consumer insights to deliver results
• Customer Marketing, Media, and Search expertise with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and pick up new systems, data, tools – and rapidly apply them to delivery actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing account specific marketing media and search plans
• Leverage strong analytic skills, uncover and develop analytic results – from insights to decision via compelling storytelling and data visualization
• Natural curiosity, comfort with quantitative problem solving, and ability to clearly communicate complex results

This role is located in Rogers, Arkansas and will not consider remote applicants or international applications.

General Mills will provide relocation to the candidate selected for this role as long as they meet the relocation assistance policy.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $93,700.00 - $156,300.00 / Annually.
