About the role
We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager specialized in Klaviyo to support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across email and SMS channels.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, launches, promotions, and customer communication needs.
- Develop campaign briefs and coordinate execution across Creative and cross-functional teams.
- Build and deploy campaigns, audiences, segments, and automated flows within Klaviyo.
- Conduct campaign QA and ensure timely, accurate launches.
- Monitor and report on campaign and flow performance, delivering both campaign-level and roll-up insights.
- Identify testing, optimization, and audience opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
- Stay current on CRM best practices, customer lifecycle trends, and channel innovations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
- Experience with audience segmentation, campaign execution, and lifecycle flow management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- An analytical mindset with experience translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of email design and responsive best practices.
- Ecommerce and direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
