About the role

The Associate Sales Marketing Manager will support the development of solution messaging and sales content across industries like retail, healthcare, and travel. They will assist with product launches and sales enablement programs, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of solution messaging and sales content across industries like retail, healthcare, and travel.
  • Assist with product launches and sales enablement programs, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales collateral and ensure consistent messaging across communication channels, including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and product documentation.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to refine messaging and storylines.
  • Own sales marketing and enablement for specific verticals or client partnerships as you develop in this role.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a digital advertising business.
  • Background in sales enablement, sales planning, product marketing, or media strategy is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort translating technical ideas into clear and simple messaging.
  • Experience supporting digital media campaigns, programs, or launches.

Qualifications

  • Curious about learning MiQ's products and business, and translating them into clear, compelling narratives and sales materials.
  • Eager to learn the details of advertising, data, and AI products.
  • Genuinely interested in understanding the audiences we serve, including brand marketers and media agency professionals.
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable flagging process improvements and thinking ahead to avoid blockers.
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Aware of and adaptable to different communication styles and cultural contexts.
  • Keeps stakeholders informed on priorities and progress.
  • Approaches change with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt.
  • Communicates clearly and empathetically with sales teams.
  • Strong written communication skills.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $85,000- $105,000.
