Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote the Ria brand at agent locations and nearby businesses.
• Educate customers about the Ria App and assist with downloads and onboarding when needed.
• Build relationships with agents to encourage promotion of Ria services.
• Meet daily outreach and engagement targets with agents and customers.
• Track activity and results using defined metrics and reporting tools.
• Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience.
• Travel within assigned territory and nearby states to support growth initiatives.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.
• Able to work independently in the field and stay organized.
• Able to stand and engage with customers for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

• Ability to work from office, from home and travel to assigned territory as needed
• Sit for prolonged periods of time as a driver in an automobile
• Visit businesses and work in tight places to install equipment or marketing materials
• Lift a maximum of 11.3 kilograms / 25 pounds

• The reasonable estimated pay for this Non-exempt hourly role ranges from $16.90 to $25.00 USD.
