We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes: "The applicable base salary range for this role is $250,000 – 265,000 USD" and mentions performance-based incentives, total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs, employee assistance programs. Also mentions hybrid work expectations: "All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person." That's schedule info. So we can include Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections. We need sections: About the role (maybe from "The Role And Responsibilities" and description). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (experience, qualifications). Skills (maybe from list). Qualifications maybe overlapping. We need to decide. We must not create sections with filler. Use only sections with real content. Let's extract substantive content: - Who We Are: description of Oliver Wyman, global leader, offices, etc. Could be "About the company" but not required heading. Could be placed under About the role? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe includes overview of role and company). But we also have "Who We Are" which is about the firm. Could be part of About the role. Better to structure:

About the role

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting ... (the Who We Are paragraph) ... The Role And Responsibilities ... (maybe combine). But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can't omit details. We could have multiple paragraphs under About the role: company overview, role description. Then Responsibilities: list bullet points from "Providing day to day leadership..." etc. Then Requirements: list of experience, qualifications: "8+ years’ experience strategy consulting is preferred... Expert-level practice-specific knowledge in energy & commodities — oil, gas/LNG, power; metals or ags a plus. Strategic mindset and transformation credentials... Strong quantitative foundation... Executive presence and client-facing potential... Houston strongly preferred... NYC/Chicago candidates considered if open to Houston travel or relocation. US-based with existing US work authorization (firm requirement) A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills... Know how to take the initiative... Not just intelligence, but creativity too... Have an aptitude for analytical work..." Then Skills: maybe list of skills: strategic mindset, quantitative foundation, executive presence, communication, initiative, creativity, analytical aptitude. Could be overlapping with Requirements; but we can separate. Qualifications: maybe similar to Requirements; but we can combine? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (which includes qualifications and skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections if content exists. Benefits: health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs, employee assistance programs. Pay: base salary range $250,000 – 265,000 USD, performance-based incentives. Schedule: hybrid work expectation: at least three days per week in office or onsite with clients, anchor day per week. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, Marsh details beyond needed? The Marsh paragraph about being a business of Marsh, revenue, etc. Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive about the firm but maybe we can keep as part of About the role? It mentions Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) etc. Could be considered part of Who We Are. It's not EEO. It's okay to keep. We must remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, scam-warning, application instructions. The text includes "If you have a need that requires accommodation, please let us know by contacting reasonableaccommodations@marsh.com." That's accommodation request; maybe considered EEO/boilerplate? It's about accommodation; could be considered EEO-related. Probably remove. Also "Marsh is committed to hybrid work..." we kept schedule part. The rest about diversity etc is EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Oliver Wyman is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH)..." we might keep as part of About the role. Now produce HTML. Structure:

We should also maybe include a brief About the role paragraph that includes the role description. Already we have that. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for boilerplate removed: we removed EEO, accommodation request, Marsh diversity statement, Marsh revenue etc? We kept Marsh being a business of Marsh & McLennan Companies. The later Marsh paragraph about being a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) etc is duplicate? Actually we have "Oliver Wyman is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies [NYSE: MMC]." Then later "Oliver Wyman is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments,
