Responsibilities
- Engagement Manager:
- Manage execution of individual project modules, including hypothesis development, analytics definition, data collection, operating model creation, primary/secondary research, and insight surfacing.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and specialists to translate client needs into technical requirements and support delivery from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
- Stay current with AI, technology, and business implications for clients, customers, and society.
- Support Partners in accurate, high-quality engagement execution and coach consultants to develop their skill sets.
- Develop executive client relationships, design materials, present to diverse audiences, and work day-to-day with clients and stakeholders.
- Report to Principals, seek senior-level guidance on business, operations, and technical direction, and collaborate with Partners to influence client and team outcomes.
- Principal:
- Deploy best practices, expertise, and firm-wide technical competencies to deliver successful projects.
- Guide and influence client and team thinking to drive outcomes.
- Identify opportunities, build business, contribute to thought leadership, and maintain expert-level knowledge to progress toward Partnership.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy, technology, or analytics consulting firm or in a technical product management role.
- Strong technical background in Computer Science or Data Science.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams and deliver under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with demonstrated analytical ability.
- Ability to apply technology and data expertise to solve business problems through AI, including design and deployment of machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions.
Qualifications
- Desired:
- Track record managing cross-functional teams for AI product delivery, including collaboration among data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
- Experience across the AI technology stack: data engineering, model development, deployment pipelines, and integration with public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), with emphasis on scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures.
- Experience with Generative AI applications, including solution design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with technology artifacts such as conceptual, logical, and physical architecture diagrams.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $225K–$240K. Base pay is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, with decisions made on a case-by-case basis. Performance-based incentives may also be available.
