Deal Advisory Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage buy-side and sell-side financial and tax due diligence activities
• Conduct quality of earnings and working capital analyses
• Interview management and synthesize data for financial insights
• Build relationships with client senior leadership and executives
• Present due diligence findings in formal reports
• Supervise junior staff and conduct performance reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA license or in-progress required
• 5+ years of professional services experience
• 2+ years in financial due diligence
• Strong accounting and data analysis skills
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Pay

$120,500 – $192,800 annually
