Responsibilities
- Engagement Manager
- Manage the execution of individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, defining analytics, managing data collection, operating model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other specialists to translate client needs into technical requirements and support delivery of solutions ranging from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
- Continuously learn about artificial intelligence, technology, and its implications for clients’ businesses, customers, and society.
- Support the Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality engagement execution.
- Develop executive client relationships, design materials, and present to a wide range of audiences; work day-to-day with clients and stakeholders.
- Report to Principals and collaborate with Partners, seeking senior-level guidance on business, operations, and technical direction.
- Coach consultants and help them develop their skill sets.
- Principal
- Deploy best practices, expertise, and the firm’s technical competencies to deliver successful projects.
- Guide and influence client and team thinking.
- Work toward becoming an Oliver Wyman Partner by identifying opportunities, building business, contributing to thought leadership, and maintaining expert-level knowledge in your areas of expertise.
Your Experience
We value diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Demonstrated
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy, technology, or analytics consulting firm or in a technical product management team.
- A strong technical background in Computer Science or Data Science.
- A track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments.
- A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Ability to apply technology and data expertise to solve business problems through AI, including the design and deployment of machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Desired
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams for AI product delivery, including collaboration between data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
- Experience working across the AI technology stack, including data engineering, model development, deployment pipelines, and integration with public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), with a focus on scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures.
- Experience working on Generative AI applications, including solution design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and evaluation methods.
- Strong familiarity with technology artifacts, including conceptual, logical, and physical architecture diagrams.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $225K–$240K. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Schedule
Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections, and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
