About the role

We are seeking dynamic, professional individuals to join our team as Model Scouts and Talent Agents. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for talent, strong industry connections, and a passion for fostering the careers of models in the fashion and commercial sectors. This role involves scouting new talent, managing bookings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients and models.

Responsibilities

• Scout and recruit new modeling talent for representation.
• Manage model portfolios, bookings, and castings.
• Negotiate contracts and fees with clients, photographers, and production teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international agencies, brands, and industry professionals.
• Coordinate travel, visas, and logistics for models working internationally.
• Provide career guidance and support to models, ensuring their professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging talent.
• Represent Boss Models at industry events, castings, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in model scouting, talent management, or a related role within the fashion/commercial modeling industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts, including photographers, designers, and agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new talent with commercial potential.
• Knowledge of local and international modeling markets and trends.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
• Passion for the fashion and modeling industry.
