In this role, you will act as a technical authority, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Okta. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable identity strategies, ensuring successful deployments and long-term value realization. This role plays a critical part in shaping customer identity programs and driving high-impact outcomes. Location: United States Employment Type: Remote, 6 months contract with a possibility of extension What You’ll Do Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirementsDesign and architect enterprise IAM solutions using OktaTranslate customer requirements into scalable and secure identity architecturesProvide technical leadership in defining Statements of Work (SOW), solution scope, and delivery approachDevelop IAM strategies, standards, and governance frameworks across organizationsCollaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to support solutioning and pre-sales activitiesGuide delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with architectureConduct architecture reviews, customer health checks, and ongoing optimizationsDefine best practices for interoperability across multiple IAM and enterprise systemsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and business teams Who We’re Looking For Mandatory Requirement: Okta Certified Architect / Okta Consultant Certification8+ years of experience in IT, solution architecture, or software development4+ years of experience in IAM architecture and design5+ years of consulting experience working with enterprise customersStrong experience designing and implementing Okta-based solutionsDeep understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Active DirectoryExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integrationsProven ability to lead discovery workshops and define technical solutionsStrong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executivesExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with IAM tools such as Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft IdentityKnowledge of security architecture, cryptography, and Zero Trust principlesExperience with distributed systems and application architecture designProgramming experience (Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, or similar)Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems (Git, SVN)TOGAF, CISSP, or similar certifications Why You’ll Love Working Here At KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
