Oklahoma Solicitor General Fellowship
Qualifications
- Licensed and admitted to practice law in at least one state or have admission pending.
- Demonstrated outstanding research and writing skills.
- A familiarity with and interest in federal constitutional law and statutory interpretation.
- An interest in Oklahoma constitutional law.
- Judicial clerkship experience, particularly at the federal appellate level, is strongly favored.
Requirements
- Agree in writing to complete, and satisfactorily pass, a background investigation.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, a deep understanding of federal and state constitutional law, and the ability to effectively advocate for Oklahoma's interests in court.
