OKLAHOMA only - Work at Home Call Center Representative

It addresses the challenge of raising funds and awareness for these causes by conducting outbound and inbound calls from a remote call center setting. 2. About the Opportunity:The Work at Home Call Center Representative role involves engaging with supporters of various nonprofit organizations to raise funds through sales of memberships, products, or services. This position is designed to contribute directly to the financial support and sustainability of these organizations by facilitating donations and sales conversations. 3. Responsibilities:Conduct outbound and inbound calls to discuss important topics and raise funds.Sell memberships, products, or services rather than provide customer service.Attend a mandatory virtual training program during the first week.Select and adhere to a full-time or part-time weekly schedule starting the second week.Work required weekend hours beginning in the second week. 4. Requirements:Home office or quiet workspace free from distractions.Basic computer skills including copy/paste, browser navigation, and troubleshooting.Willingness to learn and take ownership of success.Valid photo ID for identity verification on the first training day.Successful background check completion.Strong conversational skills and ability to multitask.Use of Windows 11 PC or laptop meeting specified hardware requirements.Use of Google Chrome browser (current version).Antivirus and firewall enabled (Windows Defender), with other antivirus software uninstalled.Stable, high-speed, hard-wired U.S.-based internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).Cell phone or landline for multi-factor authentication calls.Additional peripherals: webcam, external speakers, wired mouse, and USB wired headset without 3.5 mm jack. 5.
