About the Opportunity

The Work at Home Call Center Representative role involves delivering high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls. This position is essential for maintaining client satisfaction by following specific call procedures and resolving customer issues. The role contributes to the organization by ensuring consistent, professional communication and by accurately documenting all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Make outbound calls on behalf of various clients
  • Follow client-specific call flows and procedures
  • Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution
  • Accurately document customer interactions
  • Maintain quality, attendance, and performance expectations

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple applications
  • Ability to multitask while speaking with customers
  • Provide own Windows PC or laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM (no MacBook or Chromebook)
  • Webcam

  • Reliable high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection (no satellite or cellular services)
  • Quiet, distraction-free work space

Pay Range and Compensation Package

$15.00 per hour
