Oklahoma HBP Title Landman

Responsibilities

• Conduct Title Research to Establish Property Ownership
• Prepare Runsheets for Title Opinions
• Complete Mineral & Leasehold Ownership Reports
• Daily Progress Reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oklahoma HBP Title
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents to obtain and understand legal property descriptions
• Knowledge of BLM/BIA lease files
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to Travel to County Courthouses
• Must be current AAPL Member in Good Standing
