Oil Change Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform oil change services and 20-point maintenance checks
• Train to perform other specialty services
• Greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner
• Educate customers on products and services offered
• Sweep, mop, pick up trash, clean restrooms, remove snow, and perform light maintenance
• Achieve customer satisfaction by meeting Delta Sonic's quality standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license (preferred)
• Previous automotive service experience is a plus
• Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot non-routine repairs
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service
• A detail-oriented mindset
• Must be a team player
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, with or without accommodation
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without accommodation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $19.50 per hour, plus eligible commission.

Schedule

Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment. Seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available as of June 1, 2024.
