Oil Change Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform oil change services and 20-point maintenance checks.
• Train to perform other specialty services as needed.
• Greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner.
• Educate customers on products and services offered.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, restroom cleaning, snow removal, and light maintenance.
• Achieve customer satisfaction by meeting Delta Sonic's quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Previous automotive service experience is preferred.
• Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot non-routine repairs.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
• A detail-oriented mindset.
• Team player willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Standing, walking, bending for long periods, lifting moderate amounts of weight.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $19.50 per hour, plus eligible commission.

Schedule

Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment. Seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available starting June 1, 2024.
