About the Role
Our client is looking for an attorney with 3‑5 years of experience to join its Energy & Natural Resources litigation practice in Pittsburgh.
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of experience in oil & gas litigation
- Familiarity with oil & gas law
- Experience drafting dispositive and preliminary motions
- Discovery and document production experience
- Exposure to deposition preparation
- Environmental or regulatory litigation experience is a plus
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, eligibility for admission by waiver, or eligibility to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar
