Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop Teams: Coach and support School Directors through training, performance reviews, and development. Set goals, drive accountability, and support new school integrations.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee operations across 11 schools, ensuring compliance with licensing, health, safety, and company standards.
- Grow Enrollment & Family Satisfaction: Drive enrollment growth, support family engagement, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage Business Performance: Lead regional financial performance, including revenue, occupancy, staffing efficiency, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure Educational Quality: Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, classroom experiences, and educator development across all schools.
- Recruit, Retain & Collaborate: Partner with Recruitment, HR, Enrollment, Compliance, Curriculum, and Facilities teams to support regional success.
- Oversee Facilities: Ensure maintenance requests are completed, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or a related field preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience considered. (Required)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Early Childhood Education, including multi-site leadership overseeing multiple licensed childcare centers. (Required)
- Demonstrated success leading through others by coaching, mentoring, and developing Center Directors and leadership teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, enrollment, tuition revenue, financial performance, and key operational metrics across multiple locations.
- Proven ability to hold teams accountable while building trust, fostering engagement, and creating a positive, people-first culture.
- Strong knowledge of childcare licensing regulations, health and safety standards, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to analyze business trends, identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive measurable results.
- Experience leading change, acquisitions, new school openings, or organizational transitions is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Able to meet all licensing, background check, health clearance, and certification requirements. (Required)
