About the role

The Sales Associate will serve as a key representative of the organization to our external clients. This role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service through daily interactions with clients while creating value for the organization and for our clients. This person will proactively enhance the company acceptance and branding in the market while applying best practices and processes during the transactions and services provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, efficient, and professional service while accurately managing transactions such as wires, check cashing, loans, money orders, bill payments, and top-ups, lottery tickets and online sales.
• Handle and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide prompt and professional assistance with customer inquiries.
• Proactively enhance the company’s acceptance and branding in the market.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales-related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

• Salary range: $71,000 - $84,000 annually.
