Offset Press Operator - 2nd and 3rd shift

We are seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our printing team. Openings are available for 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm) or 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, 11pm–7am).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate offset printing presses, including 2-color and 4-color presses.
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality output and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of printing presses to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage plate registration and ink fountain adjustments for precise printing results.
• Inspect printed materials for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of jobs and effective workflow.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience as an Offset Press Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of offset printing processes and equipment (Ryobi 520 experience a plus).
• Familiarity with 2-color and 4-color printing techniques.
• Ability to perform maintenance and lubrication on printing equipment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Open to training on 1st shift until fully trained.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
