Offline - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest-ready" store through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and thrive in collaborating with your team to achieve goals. Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store consistently represents AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive exceptional floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store—from uppers and bust forms to tables and wardrobers—meet floorset standards.
• Maintain store presentation by owning day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment, with a sharp eye for merchandising opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to game plan and take action on merchandising improvements.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Champion a guest-first culture, prioritizing the guest experience in all merchandising efforts.
• Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent priority-setting and time management abilities.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Proven retail merchandising and visual skills, with a history of retail work.
