Offline - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest-ready" store through effective replenishment. You represent AEO’s company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive killer floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store—from uppers and bust forms to tables and wardrobers—meet floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership to take action.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Champion a guest-first culture, prioritizing the guest experience and fostering a culture of recognition to celebrate team wins.
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, commit to shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; adept at priority-setting and time management.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Proven retail merchandising and visual skills, with a history of retail work experience.
