Offline - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right-hand person in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Expertise in executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates, along with ensuring the store is "guest ready" through effective replenishment, is key.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards - from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Ensure a keen eye for merchandising opportunities and be ready to game plan with leadership and take action!
• Ensure the merchandising team's #1 priority is always the guest experience. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team!
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
• Have flexible availability, being there to move product early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.
• Have attention to detail and priority-setting and time management skills.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
