About the role

Responsible for handling Trade Finance and Lending product transactions for the Branch, including Letters of Credit, LC Reimbursements, and Loans, in strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. The role supports Centralized Operations (MGN India) in line with SOPs and SLAs to ensure accurate, timely, and value-added customer service, and serves as a backup to the Senior Officer – Trade Finance when required.

The position involves direct interaction with customers, Head Office, auditors, regulators, exporters, and local and international banks, while ensuring operational efficiency, audit readiness, and high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Process Trade Finance and Lending product transactions, including Letters of Credit, LC Reimbursements, and Loans.
• Adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Support Centralized Operations (MGN India) in accordance with SOPs and SLAs.
• Provide accurate, timely, and value-added customer service.
• Serve as a backup to the Senior Officer – Trade Finance as needed.
• Interact with customers, Head Office, auditors, regulators, exporters, and local and international banks.
• Ensure operational efficiency, audit readiness, and high service quality.
