Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team
- Own project financial performance, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Deliver actionable insights across P&L, cash flow, and backlog
- Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Finance leadership
- Ensure strong controls, data accuracy, and process discipline
Ideal Background
- 4–10 years in operational finance, accounting, FP&A, or project-based environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience translating data into clear, actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
