What You'll Do
- Lead and support survey drafting and processing efforts
- Prepare survey maps, plats, as-builts, grading plans, and surface models
- Process topographic and boundary survey data
- Develop cut sheets, grade sheets, and survey exhibits
- Ensure compliance with CADD standards and project requirements
- Support and coordinate with field crews and junior staff
- Perform survey research and data organization
Requirements
- 4+ years of office survey experience in land development or civil engineering
- Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
- High School Diploma or equivalent
