Ziemer, Stayman, Weitzel & Shoulders, LLP | Evansville, Indiana | Full-Time | On-SiteZiemer, Stayman, Weitzel & Shoulders, LLP is seeking a dependable, organized Office Support Specialist to assist with the firm’s administrative, billing, and general office operations.This is a full-time position consisting of approximately 80% administrative support and 20% reception responsibilities. The position works closely with firm management and staff and requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with billing, expense entry, accounts payable, and related financial records.Maintain spreadsheets and assist with credit card reconciliations and reporting.Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.Assist with employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and other HR administrative tasks.Provide administrative support to the firm’s Small Claims team as needed.Provide reception coverage, primarily on Fridays.Assist with mail distribution, office errands, and miscellaneous administrative projects.QualificationsPrior administrative or office support experience desired.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple responsibilities.Experience in a law firm or with legal billing software is helpful but not required.BenefitsThe firm offers a benefits package that includes:Health insurance401(k) retirement planLife insurancePaid vacationZiemer, Stayman, Weitzel & Shoulders, LLP is an equal opportunity employer.Please send cover letter and resume to tmcguire@zsws.com.
