Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage electronic files, records, and office documentation
- Cookordinate communication between customers, technicians, and office staff
- Utilize Microsoft 365, Teams, Google Drive, and other office software to maintain records and workflows
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
- Maintain organized filing systems and office procedures
- Support multiple team members while managing competing priorities
- Learn company processes and procedures through note-taking, training, and active communication
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and Google Drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-facing abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction, ask questions, and adapt to changing priorities
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience working in a trade service company is preferred but not required
- Garage door industry experience is not required but considered a plus
