Responsibilities
- Help With Phone Support
- Complete Client And Employee On-boarding
- Monitor Compliance Dashboard
- Able To Communicate On The Phone, Written Or Face To Face Effectively
- Able To Multi-task
- Provide Spanish Support To Non-English Speaking Clients Or Employees
- Support Non-Spanish Team Members Communicate With Spanish Speakers
- Support Our Employee And Client Intake/onboarding Process
- Document Calls And Messages Timely And Effectively
Requirements
- Able to work on the phone and seamlessly complete documentation
- Able to type and work on the computer
- Work from 9AM to 5PM reliably Monday to Friday
- This is a small team, this role requires a reliable staff who is able to maintain a schedule
- Able to be an effective, positive team player
- Reliable
- Quick learner
- Speak Spanish
- Learn various operational policies and execute them reliably
