This position is in office full time, 5 days a week and does not have an option for hybrid or remote due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities
- Opens, sorts, and delivers daily mail to the appropriate person(s) or department(s).
- Scans documents into designated systems that are accessible to others.
- Assembles and folds paperwork, stuffs envelopes, and prepares mailings.
- Weighs, meters, and prepares outgoing mail and packages for pick up or drop off at the post office.
- Assists with other department administrative duties as assigned.
- Seeks relevant information and answers to key questions from defined sources.
- Engages in contact with other internal departments and team members.
- Applies knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity.
- Operates with close supervision on nonroutine issues and tasks.
- Adheres to established procedures with little to no discretion.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details.

- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to follow processes.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment, and software packages.
Pay
The full hiring range for this role is $18.53 - $22.24 hourly. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role.
