The role of Office Services Lead involves overseeing the efficient operation of office facilities, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, and managing day-to-day operations to support the company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all office equipment and facilities.
- Manage the procurement and distribution of office supplies.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as cleaning, IT support, and catering.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
