About the role

Lead an office team in providing high-quality services to clients. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of office professionals to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and supplies.
