About the role
As a CBRE Office Services Coordinator, you will assist with providing administrative support to a small team or department. This role is part of the Office Operations function and is responsible for providing office support to a client, business function, or individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Assist concierge in providing general hospitality services while maintaining a client-ready office environment.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site meetings, including reserving conference rooms, ordering equipment, and coordinating catering needs.
- Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Route, sort, and distribute mail.
- Order office supplies and other common-use items for the office; maintain inventories and troubleshoot missed deliveries.
- Request building and equipment maintenance services.
- Draft reports and memos.
- Answer common inquiries and respond to complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
- Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay
The minimum salary for this position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary is $65,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
