Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail, phone, and administrative tasks.
- Support the smooth running of client sites by ensuring all necessary services are provided.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant office support experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
