About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer service professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality office services in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Send and receive mail and packages with a high level of accuracy and quality control
  • Stock the supply areas around the office
  • Stock the pantries and snack areas around the office
  • Absorb and assist with setting up conference rooms for events
  • Review, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments throughout the day to ensure office needs are met
  • Optimize workflows to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the process to ensure expectations are met
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy for internal and outgoing deliveries
  • Maintain organized tracking of accountable that are inbound and outbound
  • Assist with tracking volume, usage, and operational data
  • Support reporting and trend analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
  • Maintain accurate logs of accountable, activities and system updates

Requirements

  • Great customer service
  • Some experience in office services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Comfortable working with mail technology and learning new systems
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear communication and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Benefits

Opensity Solutions offers a competitive pay rate of $24.50 – $26.00 per hour, Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible).
